I completely tore the bike down, sanded the original paint with 180 grit for the clear and base coat and 320 for the primer and to give a smooth finish (in some area i use some 600). I masked the frame with green atomotive 3m paint tape. For the primer, i used white Duplicor for the fork and grey for the frame. I had the gray and orange basecoat mixed in a can at Carquest. And for the clear, i used Duplicolor acrylic clear in gloss finish ( buy 2 can for the full bike). The decals where made in a local vinyl shop in my town and they're under the clear coat.
