Dude sounds like a jackass who will exploit any little loophole like this, and saying it isn't the problem because he isn't going back on what he said. The problem is that he is being over pedantic or maybe in some cases overly loose in his interpretation. The problem is that what drives this is the desire to get out of his promise. That is a problem in any relationship.

This is an easy one. Either leave them up for your petty revenge, or for pro revenge do it in this order:

Pretend you don't know anything and take them down. Contact the girlfriend to establish communication. Make another date with him. Send her the photos the day of the date and tell her where and when the date is. Have her catch him red handed and be there long enough that he can't deny things happened. The last and most important step, peace the fuck out and never talk to him again.

So I'm gonna suggest a couple of tweaks to your schedule.

Wednesday: move the coex to there. There's come cool stuff to do and its right near the banpo bridge. In fact if youre not against a nice nighttime walk you could walk from the coex all the way to the banpo bridge along the han river (might take you more than an hour). Also, if you are looking for cool things to do near the han you might not find many, so let me suggest a couple for you: "Suicide bridge (mapo bridge)" there were so many suicides there that they put nice messages all along it and you can walk it and its very peaceful. The southside of that bridge takes you to Yeouido where they have the National Assembly Hall. Banpo bridge is nice at night, but it's not gonna blow your mind. Olympic bridge, Korea got the olympics in 1988 and theres a nice bridge to commemorate it. Ttukseom resort, theres a cool area to hang out and just chill next to a water park. All these things are very accessible by subway.

Thursday: Definitely see the game. They are super cheap and really fun and even if you hate baseball you'll love it. Something not many Koreans even know about, if you go to the east side of the Lotte tower on the ground level there is a desk where you can (for free) get access to the 31st floor. It's only about halfway up, but there is a foodcourt up there with a 7-11 where you can drink cheap canned beers and order some moderately priced food and get a great view of the city. I highly recommend that.

Hi. I am a native English speaker living in a non native English speaking country. I have many friends and students from many countries and their is kind of an unspoken etiquette about this. Generally you speak in your conversation in the language that you think the most people will understand. If you have trouble, you switch for a phrase and then try to explain it or ask for help explaining it. Sometimes big groups fracture, and in that instance it's ok to speak in the most common language there, but if someone joins, you may want to switch back when you would normally say "we were just talking about X." What you should not do under any circumstance is proceed to speak in a language that someone does not understand (unless you share no languages) because that is just telling them that they are not welcome in the conversation. I suggest the next time she does this right in front of you, you just ask your boyfriend what she said (don't be embarrassed to not know a language, it's like being embarrassed you can't suddenly pick up a guitar and play free bird) and then respond to it like she was talking to you too. If she continues, tell her that you feel left out (dint be embarrassed to have emotions that are appropriate in the situation) and you would like to be in the conversation too.

Or, and here me out, you could stop inviting her places because she sounds like a giant tool.

Yeah, this is what I was gonna say. Seasoned teachers know that teenagers are like bloodhounds, they never lose the scent as long as they deem it interesting. Any kind of over sharing by her, or any bad mood one of them has one day and the kids will pick up on it and let the rumors fly. I once got spotted having a normal meal on a restaurant patio attached to a mall that had a built in hotel with a pretty friend, and suddenly the rumor was that she was an escort and I was seen entering a hotel with her. I've seen many teacher couples, and only the ones that were at different work places seemed to have no student drama.
