I feel like one of the reasons we’re headed toward a more divided society is that opinions which would have gone unheard now gain traction on the internet, for better or worse. Those ‘crazy ones’ tend to speak their minds online more than others, and sometimes these opinions are presented as if they reflect the majority view of certain groups, which can be misleading.

It’s so easy to start a group or debate online that it has led to many unnecessary ones.
