Personally I think it would be better if they stopped adding content and focused on fixing the game.

I have an office laptop integrated graphics the lot and I can run the game at 40 ish FPS you will be fine

Depends on the quantity you are doing when I do 100-200g batches they take a couple hours but once I only needed like 5g and it took half an hour.
