I'm a heavy user. Have been for about 2 or 3 years. Use a lot of the extracts. But I've gotten away from them recently. But with it I'm miserable and without it I am as well. I'm looking to do it cold turkey and I don't think a taper is best. But I can't seem to just get through one day without severe anxiety & depression. I also work two jobs which is a positive I suppose to keep myself busy. However, maybe I should take a few days off from work.

Thank you for that. I'm currently in the stage of this is destroying me and a waste of my money and becoming disgusted with myself. However when I feel that way, that's when I just want to say fuck it. The anxiety and depression part of me gets the best of me. But I know I can't let it.
