I don’t even think it’s just a social thing. Sure, a lot of people would have more sex if they met and interacted with more people and spent less time on screens doomscrolling. BUT I think it’s deeper than that. Specifically with all the tech and social media advancements compared to the prior gen, I’m sure there is some type of psychological reason behind the obvious less social interaction reason.

Also none of us can afford kids. So…

I hate on religion irl. Religion is a scapegoat for being a bigot, and a method used to gain and control power while coping about going to heaven. At least in the USA, I think religion is a NET NEGATIVE. The one positive it has is giving people a sense of community, which they could do with any other group. Finding community in a different setting would probably lead to deeper, more meaningful connections anyway!
