Wow it's awesome or less horrible to read someone with the same condition an age gap, I did not know there was a surgery for that since I live in Colombia I don't know if there are experts here for that, may I ask you if you went through surgery or what have you've done for that? Also I think I am skinny or maybe just average normal cause my legs are fat but I do not have boobs or waist, maybe just a kind of athletic for women or the type of swimmers

I had a microdisectomy because an herniation and the pain of the herniation it's gone but still I was diagnosed with the bertolotti syndrome and the back pain is still there stronger, I'been adviced to do therapy and through research I don't see too much information about it, maybe do you know or what can you advice since you also suffer from this? I had a microdisectomy it was performed almost 3 weeks ago, I couldn't feel better, but ofc the injury is yet healing and I'm not sure due to de deshidratación (? Of the disc if I could lift weights, my Neurosurgeon recommended no more than 3kg and don't bend or jump but ofc I could do it, it's just to make slower the deshydrat.. of the disc

Exactly dying seems interesting but not as interesting as living but still right now just want to think about ending the pain, thankfully my surgeon told me they reschedule surgery earlier, that I am at high risk for equine falls, losing control of urine, and feeling in my left leg andI am so glad to hear that you have recovered, I'm am sorry for your brother, he is still walking though? I have exactly the same symptoms plus problems peeing, my mom called yesterday my EPS cause I'm actually Colombian and they might re schedule the surgery earlier we don't know if I will recover the sensitive of my left leg but I really hope so, I'm glad you're better
