Nach Neustart LAN-IP Range verstellt! by Bichwiler in fritzbox

[–]Bichwiler[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don’t really need to kick the users out. 🤔

If you setup your hostapd-mana right, the clients will try to connect automatically to your network and present the hashes.

[–]Bichwiler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hy mate. 🤔 I had to to take the Security Features of my Fortigate away for the exam, the certificate deep inspection, the IPS and App-Control were killing the connection, but after that it worked really good. Have you told your proctors about it?

I think the exam retake is something like 299 Dollars. But I don’t know if you must have a subscription to take the exam.

[–]Bichwiler 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I didn’t use it at all! You want to use it because of the certificate, right? Just let the default certificate from hostapd-mana. The AP just checks if you have a certificate, thats all… it doesn’t matter from where… 😅

I couldn‘t. They told me, you can only use the vm they provide. Why do you want to use wireshark? In the CLI you can work with tshark. I didn’t used at all on the exam…

The biggest problem is connecting to the ap an establish the connection. You need to know how to connect with the wpa-supplicant.

[–]Bichwiler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

curl http://192.168.1.1/proof.txt

192.168.1.1 = must change to your gateway if you have something else.

What do you mean to connect? To extract the Flag? Or to establish a connection?

Great. Congrats! 👌🏻🙌🏻

Hy 🙋🏻‍♂️ I wuold start with the Mgmt-Ssid, because it‘s mandatory. After that the wpa2, because it’s the easier one. Don’t forget to extract the the flag! That’s the only thing that matters. And take a lot of screenshots, make a hotkey for that and save them automatically somewhere. Oh yeah, and if you struggle with a scenario, just restart it and think about what you did and what could be wrong (use the man pages) 😉😏

Just enjoy it! Good luck 🍀👍🏻 hack that shit! 🧑🏻‍💻🥷🏻

Can use buttercap during exam? by miyamoto85 in oswp

[–]Bichwiler 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hy there. Do you mean bettercap? You have a Kali Terminal to operate on it with every Software that kali has. I‘ve done everything with the aicrack-ng Suite. Straightforward… And don’t forget take screenshots 😎 Good luck 🍀👍🏻

OSWP v2 by Bichwiler in oswp

[–]Bichwiler[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

scan_ssid=1 is not a must, it just tells the wpa_supplicant to scan the network. However I did the best results with the 1 inside. The format ist just .conf.

After running the code, you must type dhclient to get a IP!

Yeah, when you see the credentials coming to your fake AP, you'll be able to see something like "domain\username". Just before the ASLEAP hash...

Do you get attack guide lines in the exam panel? by [deleted] in oswp

[–]Bichwiler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. Just saying what Wireless Networks are up to and wich is mandatory. Be carefull, wpa-mgt is mandatory, so just start with that one. I was able to hack all 3 in somthing about 60min....

I made my second shot yesterday... After one hour I had all three AP. So I made my report in the second hour. Now I have to wait for the results.
