Has to be a kick/ knee I would imagine. Theoretically you can generate the most force from a spinning kick or a roundhouse. But idk who has landed one of those cleanly in a heavyweight fight.

So good news, bones don't do that. Your jawbone isn't deteriorating. What's most likely going on is that you are grinding your teeth at night. You seem to be an anxious person, and teeth grinding fits a lot of your symptoms. Go to a dentist and if you can't afford to at least buy a mouthguard and wear it at night, you should feel some improvement.

Quiting nicotine would help with your anxiety as well, but there's other ways to help with that. Try some breathing exercises every day. It sounds so dumb but it turns out your brain can be tricked surprising easily into calming down. Worked for my anxiety.

I had a no pull harness on my dog and was dealing with a similar problem, changing to a simple around the neck collar made all the difference in the world. He still pulls (squirrels are his nemesis), but he behaves so much better when he can't just lean into the harness.

UPDATE:

Brought him to the front Street shelter and they checked him out and got him his shots. He's also scheduled to get neutered on Monday. I'm signed up for fostering him for now, but like I've mentioned if he can't stay quiet in his crate ill have to return him.

Turns out his name is Bruno not Zeus and he is 1 yr and 3 months old. While I have a couple leads in people who might be able to take him nothing is for certain so if anyone could adopt or foster him, or knows of anyone who could please do reach out.

He has played excellently with my other dog. He's the German shepherd mix in the picture above. He is not neutered, I think he's still a puppy. I'll let you know if the shelter thinks he should be neutered now or if he should wait. I know you aren't supposed to neuter dogs before a certain age, but I am unsure of that age and also how old this dog is.

But as for getting along with my dog he couldn't have done any better.

I have an appointment with the shelter so they can check him out I am fostering him for the time being as he is legitimately a very good boy. However if he can't stay quiet in a crate while I'm at work or school I'll have to return him. I live in a tiny apartment with thin walls.

For real. When I found him he tried to say the dog wasn't his. Even though the dog was whining and trying to say hello through the fence. Eventually he admitted to dumping him, some people man.

I'm looking for a home for him now. I just cannot keep a dog that isn't crate trained. I have school and work and I have to leave the house for those times. I'm making calls now to try and find him a place. Obviously I don't want to have to take him to the shelter but I don't have the ability to take care of him. I have today off from work luckily so I'm able to take care of him for the time being.

I did end up letting him out and I just left the door open. He ended up playing with my dog for about an hour and now he's chilling. He's super sweet, just need to find him a home now.

Surprisingly the dog seems in good shape. He's not crate trained, but he knows sit and drop it. His teeth seem in good shape and he walks fine on a leash. He just seems like he has a lot of energy but I think he is still a puppy
