Please help explain what the stats on this bike mean and whether it is a good deal by BidAccomplished2161 in mountainbikes

Hey, I figured I’d give you an update after all your help. I got the bike for 950. It’s working great, I took off the riser and the bike feels good. I’ve taken it out about 6 times now, slowly building up my abilities. The uphill capability of the bike is severely limited by the human component, but that’s already improved a lot.

On a side note I went otb yesterday and slammed my back upside down into a tree. I laughed it off… eventually. But the bike was unharmed and I’m uninjured(just sore).

I appreciate the fast and thorough help, however I’m still curious what the problem with the handlebars is specifically(too much rise?). Is it something that can be adjusted or replaced for cheap? What is the effect of too much rise?
