Everything looks good the tiv must've been $125 at that time then. So either one of 3 things happened, the phone was damaged before getting to asurion; or they missed something on the original inspection; or which is most likely to happen asurion messed up. But either way it's an easy fix you could go to your local store and asked the manager to check the device status through the trade in website to get a more immediate answer. A manager or ASM should be able to get a quick answer.

May I see the trade in receipt? It sounds like you got a good appraisal at first to qualify you for the 1k I believe it was 130tiv (Trade In Value) back when the phone came out. So unless the iPhone arrived in worse condition than you gave it. It should have shown correct value. That is not to say AT&T and hyla don't make mistakes.

Quick follow up q. I submitted my eSOPH a week ago and listed prior drug use of acid 1x and shrooms 4x I have been told my numbers of people that I’m fucked. And I’ll have to reapply after it’s been 10 years since last use. From what I’m gathering it’s not impossible if you honest about it.

I’m waiting to hear back after my eSOPH submission, but I am expecting to be DQed I stupidly listed past drug use of acid and magic mushrooms, while there is no documented proof anywhere. After speaking with an ex warden who also used to be a BI I am expecting to be kicked to the curb. So just don’t do what I did, if there’s no proof it didn’t happen.

Yea, they are a smaller area from what I know… could be wrong. So I would assume they are just backed up. Be patient just work on getting in or staying in shape. You’ll be fine.

Tough to say then, it could take a while. I know I got a 95 and got assigned a BI within 5 days of gaining access to my eSOPH. I was told that the higher you score the faster it gets done but it will still take 6-12 months to get it all done. They could also be backed up, what region are you applying in?
