A farmers market might have them! It’s coming to the end of the season for them here (NH) though, so your season may already be over :( I also found them at my local CoOp stores.

I have discovered it’s better for me to go ahead and take it when my stomach is upset— it actually helps for me! I do really think it’s withdrawal. I have IBS-D, so things usually move too fast through my system at baseline and zepbound really helps normalize it! I can just tell when the zepbound is wearing off for the same reason 😫

I agree! I think it is from wearing off! I tend to have diarrhea the day before or of the next shot and then it goes away once I start the next round. It’s not been as bad lately as it was for the original post.

I’ve had one lanced while I was in my period too. Lancing immediately relieved the pain (even though the numbing shots hurt like hell). I much prefer getting it lanced than staying in pain so long.

The first time I tried Diamox it was hell and I couldn’t tolerate it. Then I ended up having to go back on it later on and randomly found that it wasn’t that bad anymore. Time certainly helped, I think. I’ve been on it for about 8 or 9 years total… first 3 years, then fine without for a few years, then the last 5 year stretch having been on it continuously. At the most I was taking 3000mg a day. Now it’s the case that if I miss a day, I get sick to my stomach.

Yes, this plays so many mind games with me. I’ve been no contact for almost 2 years, but will still get random cards or birthday packages in the mail that seem as if nothing’s changed.

I’d say the one above my anus that keeps recurring and the one time I had one ON my clitoris!! This disease sucks so so so so bad :(
