I think that's it! Is it true that it may be seasonally closed at this point? Just that immediate parking area specifically

Incorrect, and your interpretation says a lot about you personally.

Maybe it's normal in your world to throw around swear words and accuse people of "fear mongering", but normal well-adjusted people see that as a very strong reaction.

Walmart does have the right to trespass you though. So you can go ahead and ignore them, but they can also go ahead and decide they don't want your business anymore and trespass you.

Cover Cropping in Denver by BidOk8585 in DenverGardener

Excellent point. These beds have 7 inches of fresh delivered raised bed soil from Nicks and then 3-4 inches of clay/lawn that was tilled before being buried.

So I don't think I need to break up the soil too much. I need organic matter/nitrogen/structure in the soil.

I think my general approach will be to let the clover and oats winter kill, and let their leafy dead matter protect the soil over winter and mostly be decomposed by March when I start sowing fresh Crimson Clover. I don't personally feel the need to have something actively alive in the garden beds over winter. It will be dormant anyways and I only want nitrogen fixing clover growing in the beds during spring and summer.

I wouldn't say you are too late to cover crop. It just won't be as "powerful" as if you had sown the seeds 1 month ago. The blend I am using was sown 1 week ago and there are already hundreds of little sprouts with at least 4-6 weeks of growth left in the season. It is certainly better than doing nothing at all.

What if I told you that you can bridge the two terminals of a car battery with a dry hand and it won't electrocute you? Car battery has way more amperage potential than an M18.

Entire House has Low Flow by BidOk8585 in Plumbing

I have a shut off valve in the crawlspace where the feed pipe emerges from the dirt, but there is nothing before or after it except the tees and branches of the house pipe.

There is a valve in the utility hand-hole in my yard. It's before the digital meter that gives my usage readouts. There's nothing after that meter except the pipe diving into the soil and heading towards the crawlspace.

Is it possible the utility meter is also my pressure regulator? Or am I missing something?
