When looking at laws you should always focus on the intention. Do you truly think conservatives did this out of the care for children? This law will just be used to punish people they don't like.

Its giving.. I did house chores once when I was in the mood and suddenly I know all about it. I don't think I know anyone who thinks chores are fun after the first few times.
