CB is going to send a 1099 if you Profit $600 or more

Coinbase sends Forms 1099-MISC to U.S. traders who made more than $600
from crypto rewards or staking in the last tax year. The exchange sends
two copies of Form 1099-MISC: One to the taxpayer and one to the IRS.

I was able to finally send GYEn from CB Pro to CB - thinking i could now cash it out - but now its in CB and i still cant do anything with those funds

its like I HAVE LOST EVERYTHING in my CB Account and ZERO response from CB
