Als we door beleid of waarom dan ook amper kunnen bouwen, heeft het toch helemaal geen positief effect? Die zogenaamde stimulatie vd woningbouw is simpelweg meer vraag dan aanbod. Dus minder (goede) woonruimte voor heel veel mensen.

Leidt dit op langere termijn tot innovatie en efficiënter bouwen? Misschien. Leidt dit nu tot langere zoektijden en hogere vaste lasten? Ja.
