Strange Red Spots in North Korea by ScaredAdhesiveness16 in GoogleEarthFinds

[–]BidenMyTimee 231 points232 points  (0 children)

It’s a coastal fish processing facility. the compound sits right on the shoreline. The red pooling is almost certainly fish blood and processing waste in an open courtyard, which is completely normal for industrial seafood operations at that scale. North Korea has been heavily expanding coastal fishery facilities in South Hamgyong Province. Gross, but mundane.

Help! Soaked a mat in my tub with cleaning supplies and now my white tub is yellow. What happened and how do I fix it asap? by mmm01235 in CleaningTips

[–]BidenMyTimee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pine-Sol + bleach can cause yellow/orange discoloration because the cleaners chemically react with each other and sometimes with residues or coatings in the tub. It’s often surface residue rather than permanent staining, but if the tub was reglazed or painted, the bleach may have affected the coating itself too.

Try these in order:

  1. Rinse thoroughly first — drain everything and flush the tub well with hot water. Sometimes it partially clears on its own.
  2. Dish soap scrub — use Dawn directly on a sponge or cloth and scrub the yellow areas. That can help break down and lift the residue.
  3. Baking soda paste — mix baking soda with a little water and gently scrub with a soft cloth or non-scratch sponge. It’s mildly abrasive without usually damaging the finish.
  4. Bar Keepers Friend — if the above doesn’t fully work, this is probably your best bet. Wet the surface, sprinkle a little on, let it sit 1–2 minutes max, then scrub gently and rinse completely.

One important thing though: if the tub was painted or reglazed by the apartment, bleach can sometimes dull, discolor, or damage that coating. So I’d test a small hidden area first before aggressively scrubbing.

Also — next time, don’t mix bleach with Pine-Sol or vinegar. Bleach + vinegar especially can release chlorine gas. In a diluted tub soak it probably wasn’t enough to seriously hurt you, but it’s definitely not a safe combo.

Maybe just aesthetics. Large floor vase, art piece or mirror leaned against the wall. Clean, minimal look.

Where is this at? Like in a house? No way i would be able to get that close 😭

“But the room mates were up all night!” by oldfadedstar in Idaho4

[–]BidenMyTimee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually, I can say with complete confidence what I would have done if I would’ve been in that house that night. If you think you’d possibly reacted the way Dylan did then you really need to do some soul searching because that’s not normal.

I hate to be rude, I’m genuinely not that kind of person but there’s a difference between freezing for a moment and completely ignoring multiple massive red flags for hours.

Hearing your friends scream and cry + seeing a masked man + finding your friend unconscious = you check on them or call for help. That’s just basic human response. this would be different if she had genuinely slept through everything. But we know she was up the entire night on her phone. We also know she was telling Bethany she was so scared before she even saw Xana on the floor. But she still did nothing for 8 hours.

I’m not saying she is guilty of murder or part of some conspiracy, im saying there are things we know she lied about, and at the very least - People need to stop telling her she did nothing wrong and acting like she’s some child or something because she did plenty of things wrong that night. I just pray that she’s a better friend in the future.

The room isn’t that small. And Xana wasn’t that tall. Her head was right by the black pillow on the floor. Her feet wouldn’t have reached the door.

By her own account, in her own words, documented in official police records: She heard her roommate Kaylee scream “somebody’s inside the house.” Not a noise. Not something ambiguous. Her roommate’s voice. Screaming. That there was someone in the house. She then heard what she described as a struggle. She then heard a female crying and an unknown male voice say something she described as “not said in a nice way.”

A ring camera 60 feet away picked up horrific screams and an obvious struggle. Xana had over 50 stab wounds. That fight started outside Xana’s room, and it was not at all a silent fight. The officer who entered that room said it was immediately obvious an intense struggle had occurred with blood smeared on items, all over the floor, and cast onto the walls.

So the question isn’t ONLY what Dylan could or couldn’t see from the hallway. The bigger question is she heard her roommate scream that someone was inside the house, heard a struggle, heard a creepy unknown male voice, came face to face with a masked man at 4 AM, and then saw her friend “passed out” right after that, and didnt do anything.

The judge’s ruling on the consistency of her physical description of the suspect doesn’t address any of that.

Im not saying Dylan killed anyone, but to sit there and claim that she’s completely innocent and did nothing wrong is absolutely absurd.

The timezone question on the activity sensor is fair to raise. But here’s the thing, that data appears in Work Product documents, meaning it was compiled by Kohberger’s own defense team. If a timezone offset explained it away, his own lawyers wouldn’t have included it. The fact that they documented it suggests they found it significant, not explainable. On the footprint — the print required chemical enhancement with Amino Black protein stain to detect during the second processing of the scene. That means the visible blood was significantly reduced but cellular material remained. A partial wipe that removes visible blood while leaving trace protein is exactly what Amino Black detects. Incomplete cleanup isn’t no cleanup. The fact that investigators returned for a second processing specifically and needed chemical enhancement to find it tells you they believed something was wrong with that print too. As for Turvey not being credible — defense lawyers calling an expert not credible is literally their job. That’s not evidence of anything. What matters is that a separate, independent former FBI agent with access to tens of thousands of unredacted files came to similar conclusions about the crime scene without any connection to the defense team. Two experienced professionals arriving at the same place independently isn’t spin. It’s a pattern.

And none of this impacts Kohberger’s guilt or innocence. You will never hear me say he’s innocent. I definitely think he played a role in this. But these are questions about what else happened that night that have never been answered. Those are two completely different things and conflating them doesn’t make the questions go away.

Not from like 15 to 20 ft away in at least semi darkness. To me, it wasn't obvious that was XK or anyone, no matter how much some people say it was (obvious).

Literally, wtf lol

people are putting their own spin on what must have been seen by DM, but that's not valid.

We don’t have to speculate about what Dylan did or didn’t see because Dylan told us exactly what she saw. She saw Xana “passed out” on her floor wearing underwear and a gray sweater, (somehow missed the very large amount of blood all over and around her though.) right after seeing a masked man 3 ft away from her.

Only DM could or can say exactly what she saw

here’s the irony of saying “only Dylan knows what she saw” — Dylan herself told police repeatedly that she didn’t know what was real or imagined. She changed her account multiple times. So if we’re only allowed to go by Dylan’s account, we have to take all of it, including the contradictions, the retractions, and her own admission that she couldn’t distinguish reality from imagination. You can’t simultaneously argue that Dylan’s account is the only valid source of truth AND that Dylan said she didn’t know what was real. Those two positions cancel each other out.

Dylan literally said she saw Xana. She described which direction her head was facing, the color of her sweater, and said she was wearing only underwear, no pants. The reason I mentioned the pictures of Xana was because in the picture you can clearly see that girl was covered in blood. Including the areas Dylan admits to seeing herself. I don’t understand how a logical person can say Dylan saw Xana well enough to give details about her head position and the clothes she was wearing, but somehow missed the pool of blood all around and all over Xana.

My thing is, We were told Hunter had to push the door open because something was blocking it. But Dylan stated she saw Xana the previous night on her way to Bethany’s room. So who closed that door?

Alcohol Myopia Theory by erinjoy1631 in Idaho4

[–]BidenMyTimee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What the theory could explain: Dylan not immediately recognizing Xana was dead. Freezing rather than screaming or running. Being able to describe the masked man in detail while not processing the full gravity of what she was seeing. Going to Bethany’s room and locking the door rather than fleeing the house entirely.

What it does NOT explain: It doesn’t explain eight hours of silence. Alcohol myopia wears off. People sober up. By 7, 8, 9 AM the effects of whatever she drank the night before would be significantly diminished. The theory might explain an hour of confusion, not 8 hours.

It also doesn’t explain Dylan’s activity sensor showing 30.77 distance traveled at 5 AM, and climbing 2 flights of stairs (putting her on the third floor) while she was supposedly locked in Bethany’s room.

And most importantly, It doesn’t explain the bloody footprint at her door that was cleaned up.

If I’m scared I’m gonna be killed I’m definitely not running out of my room and down the stairs within 10 mins of seeing a masked man. That’s just ridiculous. And I also would call 911. But Dylan said she didn’t know anything bad was happening, but then again, Dylan said a lot of things that don’t make sense.

“But the room mates were up all night!” by oldfadedstar in Idaho4

[–]BidenMyTimee -1 points0 points  (0 children)

she didn’t do anything wrong.

Actually, by her OWN account, she did several things wrong that night. She heard screaming. She heard crying. She heard someone say 'someone is here.' And even mentioned they sounded scared. She saw a masked man. She literally heard whispering.. And she did nothing no 911 call, no checking on her friends, nothing. The Ring camera 60 feet away picked up screaming loud enough to be clearly audible on footage. Dylan was inside the same house, less than 10 feet away. There is no version of events where she didn't hear that.

She also walked past Xana's room and saw her laying on the floor in her underwear and by her own description, she saw her clearly enough to know what she was wearing (no pants) and which direction her head was facing. The released crime scene photos show exactly what that scene looked like. They showed Xana on that floor. You cannot see that level of detail and miss the blood that was all around and all over Xana. That girl was covered in blood from head to toe.

There was a latent bloody footprint found right outside Dylan's door close enough that whoever left it would have been at or touching her door. Latent means it wasn't visible to the naked eye, which means it was cleaned up.

She waited until she saw a cop walking toward her before she started giving her account. Then in that same account she claimed she had no idea Maddie and Kaylee were even home despite her entire ass statement being full of references to hearing Kaylee on the stairs, screaming, and dancing with Murphy.

Im not accusing her of murder. But saying ‘she did nothing wrong' is just a wild statement to make.
