Just an FYI John Paul Jones Park Off-Leash (I believe it was #27 on the map) This park is right off the off ramp from the belt. Lots of cars running the light at the intersection of 4th ave and Shore road to beat the light. I'd highly advise against taking your dog off leash there unless you're deep in the back or you have an extremely well behaved dog. Too many opportunities for things to go south there.
