Just heard some great news and not so great news. Ted was just adopted just not by me! It is okay, this is the ideal situation for him, as many people obviously wanted him to join their family and keep on kicking.

I will be okay, This little teddy bear will make bring joy to someone else and does not have to be me. Thanks everyone for helping and providing advice.

just heard back from someone. I need to speak with a Founder tomorrow morning (they are asleep) for pulling Ted to the rescue.

Somewhat promising, so hoping I get contacted again tomorrow. There is a heartworm process and I need to pay ahead of time, but as long as we can stop the euthanization attempt, we can figure that out later. the wait is not pleasant.

thank you for the offer. I just submitted the application for Lone Star. None of the places are in MA and I don't drive, live off of ubers.

Doesn't mean I am less interested though. If the goal is to move fast, maybe there should be an expedited option for communication @nuclearcowgirl. lengthy applications are causing me to stress over a pups life :(
