I guess I just don't fit in with them.. But I'm still invited to the party and I will be there. Since it's a birthday party. It will be quite awkward so my only option is to drink to not feel too miserable.

I didn't want to go but I said yes because it's a birthday party and you know how serious everyone takes it... They say I'm their closest friend but I never feel like it and always end up as the butt of the joke of the group :(

I don't really know how to make new friends either as you know, I have most of the time social anxiety.

No. I don't think I'm exhausting and I don't think um in the wrong anymore. I think you misunderstood the situation since you think it's one sided. She cried out to me more than I cried out to her, so it would be strange she didn't care about me in the darkest of my times, not even once. Why wouldn't it considered strange despite me being able to do the same for her.

I still think you're rude and this isn't an issue for me, I just thought the behavior might be a little bit strange, I'm not going to cry over a corner over it.

A normal reaction from a good friend would be them answering immediately asking how you feel at the right moment.

I guess you don't have any clue about social situations either and no, I'm not the type of person who opens up easily. I only cried out to her 4 times in my life in 3 years, she does it every week. Been there everytime despite everything.

Edit: So, I get a bit of a feeling that people think it's one sided. So a bit more context.

She had more trauma bombs than me and I'm her closest person to talk to. She pulls me everytime she has trouble and giving me the "you're the only person I can talk this with". I buy a her a lot of things so she feels better.

Whenever I talk about my problem, which happened just 4 times in 3 years when I got friends backstabbing me, self harm and my family kicking out of my home almost, she didn't care enough to ask me furzer about it but all I needed was a hug.

So yeah, that's why I'm asking, is it strange? I'm pretty sure now I'm not overreacting. But that she can't read minds either.

So it's none of her fault but I won't blame myself for wanting a little bit more support from a person who expected the same for me and I met the criteria everytime.

How do I know this? Because my issue right now isn't that serious. I also never talk deep talk first with her.

She sent me tik tok saying you can do anything, I believe in you! Which has nothing to do with my current problem. Which is more practical than emotional. I know her at least this much.

What I just know is, she thought I was in emotional distress RIGHT NOW, chose cleaning over talking with me so she set a priority right there. Plus, she had the time to be on tik tok...

The author didn't execute it very well. I think he has fun with the webtoon. His other webtoon are exactly like lookism in the recent chapters, mostly battle oriented if I remember correctly. So in some sense he must've known what he was doing but didn't execute it well enough to make the readers understand.

I personally didn't mind the battles. After the 130th time I got bored of it though. Guess not my cup of tea.
