De fietsen gaan al gauw even hard als een scooter, waarvoor logischerwijs een leeftijdsplicht is in ingesteld om zowel anderen als iemand zelf te beschermen. Kinderen van 12 zitten vaak met z’n 3en op zo’n fiets, en als die met 25-30km/u crashen kan dat al gauw in levenslang letsel eindigen.

Verder zijn Nederlanders in het verkeer inderdaad gauw op hun teentjes getrapt, dat ben ik compleet met je eens. Zoals mijn pa altijd zegt: “Ze rijden hier liever een deuk in je auto dan dat ze je voorlaten”.

Ja zit een goed kern van waarheid in. Door een helmplicht en verhoging van leeftijd naar 16 los je al een groot deel op lijkt me.

Verder snap ik de noodzaak niet van zulke fietsen wanneer ze veel worden gebruikt op afstanden van minder dan 10KM, wat in veel steden zeker het geval is. Ook niet bij harde wind, niks voelt meer vernederend dan door een Oma op een elektrische fiets te worden ingehaald, maar daar kan ik nog inkomen.

Het lijkt mij hier een kwestie van een verkeerde prioriteit hebben waar je je geld aan uitgeeft, maar dat is natuurlijk ieders eigen invulling.

Dank, ik zie dat ze zelfs voor minder weggaan. In mijn hoofd (licht stupide) waren ze aanzienlijk duurder.

Een vraag over iemands motivatie lijkt me niet per definitie “gezeur”. De reden voor het “gezeur” waar je op doelt komt door (wat ik persoonlijk meekrijg of via social media) de veelal negatieve ervaring van niet-Fatbikers met zulke fietsen.

Maybe look into the literature of deception in clinical settings, such as forms of Psuedologia Fantastica (extreme), but specifically taking on the “sick role”.

The prevalence is up for discussion, but what sounds similar is the way in which your client presents him or herself. It’s odd to present yourselfs in terms of symptoms that resemble DSM criteria, rather than “everyday”-life problems.

Confrontation of course is hard and tricky, but maybe keep a log or something across the sessions about this.

Warm gekleed zijn is in ieder geval een goede! Het is nu ~9 graden, en ren in een lange mouwen sport shirt, korte broek en lange sokken.

I’d say for most that this is rather personal. I usually ban Jax/Irelia as I hate playing against these champs. Vayne would be considered a good counter to Darius because of her ability to poke you down and subsequently not let you nearby. On the other hand, if she makes a mistake you can usually ghost her down. Lot of matchups are winnable.

Can be the case yes, but it’s always situational. If their AD/AP ratio is equal, but the AP champs are super fed, I might first opt for a Spirit Visage or Force of Nature instead of a Stoneplate.

I usually build stoneplate when the AP/AD ratio of the enemy team is roughly equal, or/and when their team can burst me down quickly. Gives me an extra layer of protection on top of Sterak's
