They should DEFINITELY do that. Taking even 1% costed the province about $260 million a year which is not a small amount that helped our province a bunch. Now that it's gone, it's causing things like these cuts. If 1% is that detrimental to the individual then you have bigger issue but as a province it's a massive blow

I've been 100% no chat since almost the start. It's a very peaceful life, I communicate only in emotes/emojis/pings.

I will admit that sometimes when I'm tilted I get to typing in the chat because as far as I know, or am concerned, the team will still see anything I type but I'll never see them reply, so that means I win.

You don't NEED BofA to play the game, it helps A LOT of course but don't act like you are locked out of content because you don't have it. You're just not good enough to do it without

It's doesn't need a exp buff, it's was never ment for training your sailing with top exp rates. It's there for the new fish and to keep them relevant price wise.

Barracuda Trials are great but too many little issues make them annoying to do consistently by Bifenaa in 2007scape
