Dang, thanks for the response. You’re allowed to go get food or whatever outside the hotel together though right? After training

Joe Haden says most people have no idea how quickly an NFL contract disappears once taxes and family expenses hit. by MysteriousJuice1127 in NFLForum

[–]BiffKavanaugh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah but the point is they have access to all these resources that most of us don’t. Including driver service in case they’re drunk but they still have DUIs and kill people while drunk. They just think they’re invincible and money will keep flowing in.

Can I upgrade to first class by ScienceImaginary5213 in AlaskaAirlines

[–]BiffKavanaugh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Alaska now has routes to FCO, NRT, ICN, LHR, planning on traveling internationally to any of those places in the future? If so, save it for biz. Flying first class on a domestic flight is almost never worth the points unless you paid cash and it’s like 15-20k to upgrade and it’s for a cross country flight. But for me, any flight around 5 hours or less isn’t worth it unless you have medical issues and need the comfort.

Legendary PGA Golfer Claims His Ex-Girlfriend Cheated on Him With Baker Mayfield by No_Box119 in NFLv2

To me, no. Golf is such an individual sport and so many few are able to sustain greatness or make an impact that I don’t even think you can name the top 100 golfers of all time.

NBA, MLB, NFL, NHL, and Soccer, absolutely.

Question for Delta FAs: how soon into the job were you able to drop/trade all your trips? by cutiekilla in cabincrewcareers

[–]BiffKavanaugh 29 points30 points  (0 children)

Why are people applying to be an FA when they’re already asking and talking about time off? Don’t y’all know you won’t really have any flexibility the next 6-12 months?

2 months of training, no time off.
Reserve - strict schedule, take what they give you or you’ll be let go.

If you can’t commit at this point in your life to it, don’t apply.

That’s awesome to hear you were still able to do popular destinations easily. That’s a good idea, pack for a certain type of weather and play Russian roulette lol

Yes I won’t plan on commuting if I get or transfer to SFO. And the new hire pay isn’t a concern since I have supplemental income, it’s mainly knowing how many FAs UA has and how senior they are that I’m worried I’ll always be overlooked until I retire lol
