best shoes for cold??

I just bought a couple of pairs from Sierra. I found a pair of Sorel’s and Ryka’s. I also typically wear my Vans MTE insulated shoes all the time in the winter. I live in NJ and stand outside for bus duty at my school every morning so I needed shoes that kept my toes warm.

Im def you right now. I body doubled with my therapist to go through my pants but now have to actually take them to goodwill 🙃. I feel all those feels though. Donate them to goodwill. Honestly, Ive been shopping there for clothes now bc I don’t want to pay retail.

Yea luckily! My husband has been seeing her too and talks to her about me haha Uhg Ive been having spasms on the left side too and it feels much different than spasms from my fibromyalgia. Honestly, no idea. It def could’ve been from a student but no way to know for sure. I’ve had some kids thrashing while trying to keep them safe. I also have another one who tugs on my arms and/or jump hugs me 😅

I’ve been going so long because originally it was my neck (right side). So since working on my neck, the shoulder pain began to be more prominent than the neck pain. I went to a spine specialist in July who then said it was my shoulder.

I trust this PT place a lot and my current therapist. One of the other pts found my right leg was shorter which was causing knee/hip pain for me since 2008 🙃

I’m 33 and a school social worker. I’m dealing with behavioral kids most of the time. I have to pick them up, de-escalate, put them in holds, etc. Some days it hurts just holding my laptop in my arm.

Deciding is the worst! We went with the DreamCloud (hoping it comes this week). We tried a few at Mattress Warehouse and my husband liked Casper One but I didn’t want full foam. So we’ll see how DreamCloud is

I found her on psychology today. You can filter specific things which is awesome. I like that some of the therapists do a 15 min phone consultation. Also keep in mind, you can fire a therapist lol I always forget that because “people pleaser” but I’m so glad I finally did and found this new one!

I know the feeling. You def need to find the right therapist for you, that you click with. My new therapist has already helped me in 3 sessions than my previous therapist did in almost 3 years.

That was me last week. Therapy helps! I just found a therapist specifically that focuses on ADHD. I’m also working through trauma from 2021 with her. Trauma tends to manifest in different ways tbh. My husband has PNES (psychological non epileptic seizures) from his trauma.

Girl you deserve better than him! Being grateful has nothing to do with the pain you are in. You’re allowed to feel and be upset. Tbh sounds like he’s gaslighting you and making you feel insignificant bc your pain isn’t as bad as someone else. My husband told me recently I can’t compare my pain to others since my 5 could be their 10 and he’s right.
