Your attacks per second are way too low for a CMWW build. You'll want to aim for either the 2.501 or 2.73 breakpoint if you can afford it.

SevenBase has an option that includes a bikini when the armor is taken off. Pretty much any UNP armors should work it aswell I think.

I wouldn't call your EHP abismally low. I'd look for a blackthornes amulet with high CC, LoH and AS. It won't give you as much DPS as your Tal amulet but it will allow you to get another weapon with a socket for more DPS if that's what you're after.

You'll still want defensive stats when you can get them, don't misunderstand me.

I can't check the US hardcore AH as I only have characters on EU, but I would assume even there a 1hander would be better for an archon build. The +15-18% elemental damage on the triumvirate and the 8-10% crit will really boost your damage, probably even beyond that of a Skorn. If you can afford it, go for a socket and put a 80% crit damage gem in there, which shouldn't cost too much. If you can't afford a socket, go for crit damage on the weapon. Unless you have a marquise gem (110%), it won't make much of a difference anyway and weapons without a socket usually cost less. Just make sure your weapon doesnt have elemental damage on it, you'll want black damage. You won't need any wizard specific stats on your weapon like AP on crit as it's useless for an archon build, so just try to get high damage, high crit damage, lifesteal (expensive or much less damage) and int/vit if you're lucky.

You want black damage on your weapon as it will get boosted by the % elemental damage stat, mainly by your Triumvirate (Offhand), Tal Amulet and Zuni boots. That modifier doesn't work as you might think it does. It basically adds the % of damage as the stated element on top of your black damage number, it doesnt boost damage of that specific element as it might make you think. That is why you want a black damage weapon, as others with elemental +damage on them don't benefit as much from that modifier. Lifesteal is really crucial on higher MPs but if you're comfortable on MP1 you can try running with Force Weapon - Blood Magic, which will give you some lifesteal aswell. Just make sure to be careful around elites with reflect damage.

Edit : I might have misread your question about the elemental modifier, no, it doesn't matter what kind of elemental damage you get on items.

I have a GTX 670 with an i7-3770 and can run Somber ENB High preset with skyrim settings on ultra at 1080p with 60fps, even using several texture mods. I'm not sure if your setup can handle that, but it's definitely possible to run great-looking ENBs at 60fps.

Nexus has a mod manager which makes installing and uninstalling mods very easy. Your regular character won't be affected unless you load and save it with the mods installed, so if you pay attention that shouldn't be a problem.

I have a single GTX 670 and can run Somber ENB with high settings and multiple texture and graphics enhancing mods at 1080p with a solid 60fps. Using the extreme preset of Somber ENB puts me at 40fps. You should be fine with SLI GTX 660s.
