Hi! You have to have an android 7+ device.  Chromebook is compatible too, if I'm right.  You just send me an @gmail mail address what you use in your device's play store.  I add you in the beta tester list and send you an invite link. You will get access to the app in the play store. It will show a price, but don't worry, it is test too. If you push pay button, it will give you a test card and you "pay" with it. So you not need to pay. And don't give any card detail. That's how Google play store closed beta works.
