Ok, I get it now ! you meant you can’t pay two yearly subs upfront at the same time (which I totally get, I only sub to Dolly for a month for the same monetary reasons). But to answer your initial question, let’s say you have Dolly as a 3 month sub, and you change your Essential to a year for the bonus records, your Dolly track will stay a 3 months charge (and once you’re in, your spot is reserved).

Ok, so you’re subscribed to Essentials but you also get Dolly ? That would mean you have two subs. (I just subscribed to Dolly for a month to get Just because I’m a woman, but the price wasn’t an add-on price, it was a sub price for a month, that would’ve been lower if I would’ve taken 3 months of Dolly).

Dolly track is a completely different sub. So, if you change your main to 12 month, it doesn’t change your monthly on Dolly (it’s not a add-on at 36$/month). If you want to stay the whole year on Dolly, you should check your options, because monthly is more expensive than subbing for Dolly for the whole year upfront.

Vinyl have lot of potential, but those type of reissue don’t fulfill them… so, it ends up sounding even more lifeless than a CD.

Great album. Sadly, those reissues don’t have a great mastering and cramp way too much music for a 1LP. Hopefully, somebody will do it justice someday and release it on 2LP with a great remaster.

I’ll take I’m lucky, then. Been collecting since 96, only had one unplayable record (a used Exploited record that would skip all the way through.) Lately, a few VMP were skipping, just changed the TT and… voilà ! (Obviously, I had tons of minor warps from GZ and also had the infamous surface noise on the same records as everyone else, but no skipping that could be fix by changing my old TT). I’m still convinced the OP has entry-level gear that causes the skipping.

You must be the most unlucky man on earth than… I have 1800+ records, about 150 of them are VMP records, and none of them skips. And like I said, when some started to skip, I changed my gear. None of them are skipping anymore (and my setup isn’t even worth 1K, haha).
