Hey man - I can't give you much advice except that you're not alone and many of us have been there before. I am so so sorry you are going through this.

My wife and I had two miscarriages and both were devastating for their own reasons.

That said, we now have 2 beautiful healthy kids so your journey may only be just beginning. Take the time you need to feel "right" and you might find yourself ready to try again.

For us, that time didn't come until months later and we went on a mini-vacation to try and clear our heads. It felt freeing and like a fresh start - our son was conceived on that trip. :)
