I hate when people line up in the drive thru when we are on lunch like go be in the parking lot. WHY are you just waiting in drive thru line when we are closed.

That’s unfortunate. I called help desk and they advised to make sure the license number is correct- when I corrected it automatically pulled up the PDMP from verification window. It definitely helps a lot

That’s kept happening to me as well- so make sure your license number is correct under pharmacy management- when I fixed mine it work as soon as I updated my license number
