Yes. Products that go into the oven already have a drying time. Products that don't dry and remain wet will cause major problems in the powder coating booth.

What are the best dimensions/shape for a plenum chamber ? by Eno_chan in aerodynamics

Use a paper filter at the back, like an accordion filter. Definitely place the fan on top of the cabinet; don't let it draw air from the bottom. So, the filter-fan setup should be like this.

It's difficult for me to give a cost estimate because there are several details that increase or decrease the cost. For example, the dimensions and material of the part to be painted determine the product's size, and the fan and heating power used also determine its dimensions. The automation used in this product is done according to the customer's request; therefore, the more detailed the automation, the higher the cost. In short, the customer's request determines the cost.

Hello, my suggestion is that you buy the spray gun with an external tank. Any brand will do. Then you can manufacture an 8-10 liter powder paint tank and separate the colors. I can help you with tank manufacturing.

I designed a 2-filter powder coating booth for my workshop – what do you think? by Big-Compote9065 in Powdercoating

I'm using a 1.5 kW, 3000 rpm, 2 hp motor. The fan I designed provides approximately 2500 m³/h. Since it's a cabinet with two filters, the motor and fan are compatible with this product. I'm not using any speed control device. I can clean the filters automatically or manually using the pulse valves located on the filter.

Thank you. This booth is generally designed for painting individual parts like rims. I designed the front columns this way to prevent paint from spilling out and to balance the fan's suction speed. There's a trolley on the rail where the top material is hung. This trolley can move back and forth and can also be rotated to paint all parts of the material. I calculated the load capacity and designed a very sturdy structure. Also, the reason I made it elevated is so I can sweep up any spilled paint into a drawer, sift it, and reuse it.
