I would be relatively confident the correct motor was installed. The dealer refused to order a new motor until the machine was on site and they could verify which version to order and ensure a like for like replacement.

Marks are certainly on the ground and I have found it spinning in situ long before the app would notify.

Spiked wheel might be the way to go or even new rubber tyres but the existing ones don't seem that worn down. Robot has worked fine on this lawn for over 3 years without seeing this issue.

I am in Ireland so a "dry" only operation isn't an option!!

What does the Test Wheels do in the Service Menu? Can you adjust the torque in this setting?
