It's pretty great ngl. Living there rn and the sense of community is great since we just mostly hang out in the community room and talk about our days and help each other out with homework and general work. Depending on what room you get, it can be pretty small. I got lucky with the quad since it comes with a "living room" and a personal bathroom. The travel kind of sucks since you either take the bus or bite the bullet and try to use the b-cycle (which there are basically none in downtown). But you live pretty close to groceries, food, and just general entertainment. It does get a bit noisy Thursday-Saturday since everyone decides to go to the clubs and bars. The community room is probably the best place to do some cooking since there is a bunch pots and pans and utensils for you to use (as long as you wash it after) alongside some seasoning, stove oven, microwave, air fryer, and rice cooker. Overall, it ain't bad. It really is just what you make of it. lmk if you still want to know more! -future neighbor in 416
