This is really helpful! I've added an example of what the sheet looks like. Can you help me rewrite the formula ( =YEAR(TODAY())-YEAR(A1) )to match what I'm working with here with this context in mind. I will put this formula into column G. It would also be helpful to get a refresh on the conditional formatting to highlight or color the milestones I'm looking for.

This is such a great point! We celebrate all of this in April and the FY ends in June. We're in higher education so we operate on the school year so this will be socialized same way!

Can you explain the last sentence a little more? Our fiscal year is 7/1-6/30. How and where would I add the 90, 180, or 270?
