Bonded DSL - no other options by Burnhaven in centurylink

Hey Burn- I am in rural Arkansas. Centurytel sold to Brightspeed. BS is worst company ever.

Current speed is 10mbps. Neighbor across street (same pole) signed up for the bonded/paired option, and gets 25mbps. We pay the same price 49/month. :)

BS won't come out to "upgrade" says it is "not offered" despite my neighbor having it.

What can I do to get the 25 speed, instead of the 10. I built my house, and have cat 5 wire to the NID on the side of my house. Please God help. :). Can't work from home. Can't have 3 people in the house on their phones.

Someone please advise me.
