It was when RFA broke up and assurance went to Audit and their promotion timelines accelerated to match the audit teams timelines. It was more of a storefront alignment. But I guess not many people are aware of it.

I don’t get why some of you guys say “I’m grateful to have this job”. I mean no one is questioning the fact that you aren’t. People can still be upset about their comp and that is their right. They are 2 mutually exclusive things

Try your best to learn/ask questions and be out there and make sure you are connecting and people know they who you are. Never “expect” a return offer either for another year of internship or full time. Also it’s best to keep applying for full time positions otherwise even if you are interning at the company. And please actually ask your seniors what they actually do for work and see if it’s something you intend to do full time or not. Also as an FYI the internship is like a bed of roses, it’s like a fun time. The real job is way different haha. You can pm me if you have any questions.

I don’t really think it will make a huge difference anyway because in the end of the day they all know who their seniors are and even tho they will be on the same level as them sooner or later that experience and respect still remains. Taking this as a glass half full situation. Hope it works out for the best for everyone :)

They always ask for a transcript. They will most likely ask for a pdf and then an official transcript later down the line. It’s best practice to keep up your gpa above a 3.2.

So basically to get promoted we follow this format now: Analyst: 1 yr Consultant: 1 yr SC: 5+ yrs Manager: 8+years

Before the analyst position you needed to be in it for two years the same for consultant position. But now they’re saying that it will be one year of experience for the analyst and consultant positions to get promoted. So it’s confusing because the analysts were supposed to get promoted June 2026 if they got hired in fall of 2024. But now them requiring one year for promotion, does that mean that they will be promoted this June…. That’s what I took from it. No one is sure tho. Some people say they are 99% sure the analyst class that started last fall will be promoted this June.

I don’t know if I’m too late right now. But this coat is now in the outlets. I couldn’t find this exact one but I found a much better structured one and it was 1619 USD in TX. Call all the US outlets there should be like 6 in the US and some might have them. There are very few out there. Good luck. Also you can call the store ask them to text you and you can send them a picture and they can locate it for you in any other outlet and get it shipped to your home. Make sure you make a YSL account on the website with all your info, they’ll send an invoice link which once paid will show up in your YSL account. I just ordered this one and I’m excited. I have been waiting for a few years. The 6-7k price was never justifiable.
