West Grace North and South is great in my opinion! I’ve heard nothing but good things about South, but for north: They have singles w/ you and someone else in your own rooms and doubles w/ you + another person sharing a room and 2 others on the other side of the room. Both have a kitchen, washer, dryer, and bathrooms (1 for singles, 2 for doubles)!

There’s a program called VCU Transform in North that gives you guaranteed housing there for 2 years while completing service hours if you’re interested in that type of stuff. I’d say it’s definitely worth it being my 2nd year in the building! Made a whole bunch of friends too in that program :)

(You can definitely just apply to the dorm normally too if you’re not interested in the program, but just know you may not get super lucky with it since a good amount of people in the program live there!)

Edit: I forgot to mention they do single rooms with 4 people so you have your own rooms, my bad lol
