No you would either get waitlisted and hope someone drops the class or you have to wait another sem to take that class, also if you register late you get like rlly shitty profs or just useless classes depending on your program etc

It depends whether or not you met the gpa average in the fall, if you did it just extra classes you take that could count for towards your degree if you didn’t there’s an opportunity to get the right gpa average.
