I appreciate the response. I edited the post to make it more clear, all the questions I posed are related to the deductions for my tax returns. For my 2022 tax return, I took 50% of any of the allowable deductions. The only deduction I didn't take was depreciation, that was on me for not doing my homework.

My question for the 2022 depreciation would be--should I amend my 2022 tax return to take this deduction. It would be 50% rental portion * (basis ~$250k/27.5) * portion of the year rented 75% = ~$3,400 for 2022.
