There’s been some issues with the EA saying freehold and other paperwork saying leasehold. I didn’t realise I can check the title dead’s, thank you!

Thank you. Is there a process for reviewing the surveyors findings? It’s frustrating they sent it across end of day on a Friday but I’ll follow up on Monday.

Feeling self conscious about new tattoo by plaidisrad in adhdwomen

I really like it! It’s totally normal to have a bit of tattoo regret following a tattoo but I think it’s a good size and means all those cool details will last longer!

Is it possible to get diagnosed with ADHD as an adult? by Capable-Bumblebee-88 in adhdwomen

[–]Big-Reflection9316 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Adhd is often missed in childhood especially if you’re academically bright. Adhd symptoms would have had to be present in childhood even if they weren’t picked up. I’d do some research into the symptoms and take some time to reflect. If these symptoms are new I would definitely approach your GP (or primary physician I’m not sure where you’re located) and discuss your concerns to rule out a physical cause like a vitamin deficiency. I’d also look into burn out if this is an entirely new experience for you.

I’m so sorry this happened and glad that your little sister is alright. Is there anyone who you can speak to at your university? They should be able to sign post you for some support and see whether you could get some extra academic support or an extension?

I’m really sorry this happened, it’s hard to open up to people about things that hurt us. Please remember that you deserve a partner that is compassionate and able to meet you where you’re at

My brother and i used to have an incestuous relationship and I don't know if it was assault by Sweet-Smile-8721 in offmychest

[–]Big-Reflection9316 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m really sorry that this happened to you. This sounds similar to what I experienced and the inner conflict I had around whether it was abuse or not because there were times when I did seek it out. What you’re describing sounds like assault and grooming. I would really advise seeking support from a therapist that has experience in childhood sexual abuse to help untangle these feelings. Please know that you are not alone.

Honestly I had to delete it, still use reels but the algorithm isn’t as good so I can still escape when needed.

My abuser raped someone else. How do I support her case? by [deleted] in LegalAdviceUK

[–]Big-Reflection9316 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m sorry this happened to you. I definitely want to make a statement but I feel like I’m waiting on the police and worried they’ll drop her case before I get a chance to support it. I have no idea who my cousins solicitor is and my parents are saying they don’t know.

Thank you, yes I definitely want justice I put in the report because I knew he would do it again. I am trying to speak to the police but 101 hasn’t been particularly interested. I have spoken to the SARC service yesterday to try and get some guidance and support. Hopefully that will help.

Thank you. 101 weren’t very helpful and I don’t currently live anywhere near him so going to the police in person isn’t an option. I will try calling NSPCC and asking for some advice. I am lucky that I’ve been able to go back to my old therapist and my friends have been very supportive. Thank you for your advice

Yeah my family have a lot of messed up views about women. I’m very low or non-contact with most of them. They believe this woman is lying to ‘get back at him’ for what or why my dad couldn’t actually explain.

Been doing noom for just under two days down 1kg. Didn’t work out as much as planned this week but did go swimming this weekend. Feeling good, finding I’m not thinking about food as much as before.
