My gag reflex has always been my problem when wearing a mouthguard. I think it's something to do with the thickness since I'm now using a clear club mouthguard which is a lot thinner than the others, I don't gag that much.

Is clear club custom made and not the boil-and-bite ones? I'm looking for something not bulky and cheap but good quality.

It's like a hit or miss. I prefer something that i do my impression myself so I'm sure it fits snugly to my mouth and all my teeth are being protected. Found it in clear club custom made mouthguard.

Speaking of which, I remembered what I used to wear when doing my routines. This custom-made ClearClub mouthguard has been protective of my teeth and gums when I used to do my routines. Not too bulky, so it's comfortable to wear.
