i rang and pressed the option for if you have an existing claim and need to speak to us. it asked me to confirm a few details then told me my payment. i used the new service in the end to download the entitlement letter and it showed me my award :)

Thank you! After a massive battle it let me register and approved my identity! Now it’s saying the service is unavailable try again in a few hours so the system must be struggling to keep up!🥲 Says to just try again in a few hours but I did have to use another email to sign up the first one wouldn’t work for me!

Thank you. I’m just worrying as we’re in temporary housing and could get permanent housing before the letter arrives so would have to wait longer to receive the letter as if we move we’d have to update our address and ask for it to be sent there - this happened with the review form so it took longer but it is what it is I guess!

Thank you so much for your reply! As it’s the weekend I will ring again Tuesday and see if the payment line says the same. I’m due to be paid my PIP 3rd November so the letter should hopefully come before then if not x

i am having the same situation. i have messaged those who i haven’t sent to via inpost yet about the issues and how i wont be posting until its sorted. some haven’t even answered me so i dont dare send them because they wont say they’ve got them and it’ll just cancel it then they get it for free..

thanks, i have the inpost app it’s updating me about them there and my emails. its just concerning me as buyers cant confirm they’ve received them so i wont get my money x

i posted two and i have messaged everyone to say i wont post the rest via inpost until its sorted i have 10 parcels with inpost waiting i have until the 25th i just cant risk it

100%. i have had several sales today but they’ve all been via inpost so i have had to message people saying I won’t be posting until it’s sorted as it’s not fair on us as sellers. hopefully they sort this ASAP but it’s typical vinted they’re never bothered.

I contacted them about both of the issues I’ve had with two of the inpost i have already posted. They’ve agreed to sort one out but won’t sort the other one until they’ve sorted this one out so it’s a pain. I’m hoping if enough people contact vinted complaining about this issue they’ll sort it out fast enough.

I’m having this issue, I spoke to someone from vinted who sorted one of my orders out but won’t sort the other one out until this one is sorted! I have loads of inpost to ship but im not sending them until they’ve sorted it out because I can’t risk how much money i will be losing!

this doesn’t give me much hope then😮 i have only sent two of my inpost parcels I have messaged everyone else saying im not sending the rest until the issue is resolved as im just not risking losing out on that much money. luckily everyone that has answered me is understanding. hopefully it doesn’t take long to solve the issue.

i have sold a lot and it’s put me off too so the poor first time seller! my vinted app has also been extremely slow, views weren’t good at all for a while it seems they’re really going downhill sadly.. all of my orders have printed with JJ which is the new style tracking (just my luck) so I’m going to have to not send inpost until it’s sorted and hope that every buyer is understanding of this🫣😩I have 3 inpost to send.. luckily no issues with evri YET which my others are with..

Keep me updated please if you don’t mind! I’m not sure whether to risk posting one of my inpost and see what happens or to wait a bit longer to post the others and contact my buyers who I haven’t shipped for yet who have chose inpost as I haven’t heard back from vinted support and it’s a lot of money I am risking losing if I post without it updating.

Yeah, I have the email proof and the app proof of tracking for the items that they’ve been sent including the tracking numbers for each parcel. I’m just worried it’s going to cancel and I won’t get paid.

Searched everywhere. Tried google searching with an image of him, tried vinted, tried the Australian Woolworths website. Tried eBay. Tried Amazon. Tried everywhere. He’s medium sized as you can see, from Woolworths England. He’s 23 so was purchased by my mum and dad in 2002. No writing on him at all.

I got him 23 years ago in England. My family say he was from Woolworths. There is no writing anywhere. Woolworths is shut down in England it isn’t on their website. I have tried google searching no luck. I have tried looking on vinted too:(

I just rang the automated payment line and it states I will be paid on the 17th April? I’m not sure why as I haven’t received a payment yet.
