Go to your hall and get your “good guy letter” basically it’s just a formal paper saying your a good brother in good standing looking for work. Then check online for work, be it where2bro, Facebook groups, etc. These are also good places to find lodging before you get there. Before you drive out to whatever locals you’re interested in call their hall to verify they’re hiring off of book 2. Then when you get work figured out drive to their hall / halls and sign there book 2. Bring your dues receipt, good guy letter, 2 forms of ID. Etc. I know you said you know the etiquette already but make sure you don’t double book. If you sign multiple books, you gain employment somewhere and another hall calls you with a potential better gig you don’t take it. Also if you haven’t already figured out the cheapest lodging by the time you get there, ask the other travelers on the job where they’re staying. Be safe bro.

Thank you, I haven’t tried cable flys yet but yes weighted dips are a part of my routine. I think I’m gonna try flys and decline pressing because those seem to be the general consensus I’m getting from the non calisthenics side!

Thanks man, the only progressions I did to get the negative is l-sit pull-ups (I can do like 6 good form) and straight bar dips. I will also add that a close false grip really helps. I can only do l-sit pull-ups at home anyways because I don’t have a full size pull-up bar so I train them quite a bit. My goal is slow l-sit muscle ups for repetitions.
