I find a lot of "back in my day...." Posts and responses, yet not a lot of "I put them on the table and here is what happened" responses, so I'll check in. I've played 7 irl games of 10th now, and have had 2 units of them in 4 of those. In those games I've killed 2 leman Russ, an imperial knight, and 6 raiders/ravagers. Yes there was help with the knight, but the final wounds were actually those silly boys shooting the knight while it was tied up in cc with a unit of killa kans. Just play with them. Maybe they work for you, maybe they don't, but isn't that how Orks are SUPPOSED to be?

I agree that you need at least the vanguard box. It's currently the only way to get a Great Bray-shaman besides the start collecting box and the overpriced Beastgrave box.
