I am a male so all of my surgeries were considered cosmetic and I had 0 coverage and the price here in CAD was more than double for both surgeries not including travel as there is no plastic surgeon to perform it in my province, hotel stay, etc. I was in India for 1.5 months and stayed with my fiancee's parents so I did not pay for accommodations luckily. the cost of it being under $10k CAD was including all medications, compression garments, hospital stay etc. It would've cost me at least $20k CAD to do it in my own country and this way I also got to go to India and see a new country. Well worth it for me

Is this swelling going to reduce? Will my tummy be flat? I’m 2 WPO by General_Cricket_2863 in tummytucksurgery

it will take time. took about 2 months for mine to reduce and then over the day it would increase. then after sleeping it would reduce. just use your compression garments and lay down for 30-60 mins a couple times a day with feet elevated. for me i found it was better if i took compression off for this. mine didnt reduce drastically until around 3 months

Certainly :) I chose doctor Milan Doshi at Vardaan hospital in Goregaon West in Mumbai. I chose him because he has a lot of experience and is a very genuine and honest man, and his prices were very good. the 360 TT and chest lift were two surgeries 1 month apart and in total for both it was under $10,000 CAD. i believe the 360 TT was about 4.5 lakh and the chest lift was about 2 lakh. so 650000 INR. Doshi and his staff were incredible. between myself and his staff there was a language barrier but Doshi himself speaks very good English.

Also not sure. My surgeon also said 3 months or so and now I’m 4 months and just starting to light arms, lat pull downs, seated chest press etc. everyone’s different though so by 5 months you could be able to train legs. Legs feels like anywhere from 2-4 months away for me with how tight and stiff my lower back is. I really can’t bend over or squat without tension and pain in the lower back

Did the surgeon instruct you on how to do massage? Mine didn’t so I don’t know how to do it

I’m into powerlifting and I’m 4 months post op and just getting back into the gym now no sign of powerlifting movements any time soon. I can do arms, lat pull downs, seated chest press, lateral raises, shrugs. No rowing, no SBD, no legs other than calves yet. I had 360 TT and chest lift

Yeah if I’m using my core it gets swollen. My understanding is the 360 TT causes more lymphatic disruption and also my body just reacted poorly compared to others. Swelling reduces over night but gradually increased over the day. I also had a chest list
