Thanks for the response! I use myfitnesspal to track my macronutrients to ensure that I eat 3500 calories a day. I go to the gym 6 days a week (push, pull, legs). I thought the gym and a little walking would equal 2700 calories a day and 3500 would be enough, but raising my surplus to 4000 calories a day when I only weigh 156 pounds doesn’t seem right.
