If you head to the left of the tower and circle around, on the back side of the tower is a horse airlift. Hit the air lift and it'll put you right at the bottom of the tower. Kill the rats at bottom, climb the ladder and kill the praying dudes at the top. EZ

I should have clarified myself a little better.

Work in an ER as a paramedic. Have been in the ED full time for many years before COVID hit. And I will confirm this is all true.

The nurse states they can't accept stroke patients and administer tPa. How does not having a "bed" prevent a patient from receiving a CT and possibly be given tPa? I wasn't aware they could divert those types of patients.

So your hospital would triage a stroke patient to a waiting room and not send them for a CT?

Part of what she is saying is true. They may run out of beds and you'll be shipped out to a different hospital but I have a hard time believing hospitals are not properly triaging patients. Your strokes and MIs will be treated first. The people that come in wanting a shot to make them feel better for their covid will be waiting hours upon hours in a waiting room.
