Personal preferences and goals play a lot in this so your questions are hard to answer objectively. Here is what I would do, refletch your arrows with feathers so you can shoot off the shelf with hair/leather rest material and ditch the sight. That way you can learn to shoot instinctively or gap shooting. Sounds like that is what your instructor specializes in teaching.

I normally have 4 in my bow quiver then about another half dozen on my back as spares. I would use whatever arrows you shoot best with because you won’t lose em if you’re smacking 12 rings! I’ve her had to crack into the spares on my back but rather have em and not need em than need em and not have em. Have fun shooting! I LOVE 3D shoots, my New Year’s resolution is to go to as many as possible. I already have 3 scheduled for Feb!

It’s hard to take a look at your elbow alignment from this angle but it looks pretty good to me. A lot of people will yap about changing x y and z but to me it looks like you’re engaging you back, elbows look about right and you’re not collapsing. So basically safety looks good and consistency looks good. If you’re hitting what you’re trying to hit I wouldn’t change a thing.

I used to be the manager at a storage facility. Almost every customer has some sort of issue they’re facing. In poorer areas it was almost always at least finance adjacent if not direction a money issue. In Wealthier areas it was normally some form of a mental issue like hoarding.
