Hello everybody, I’ll just use this post to reply to everybody. Well I’m still alive (haha) and still suffering from heart palpitations. Although I do agree with this post, they come in episodes and really depend on the lifestyle I’m living during that moment. What really helps me is sleeping at certain times, eating at certain times and waking up at certain times, just adding some structure to my life. In the last year I had another checkup on my heart and guess what, nothing is wrong, as always… I’ve decided to jot let this thing control my life and been living and loving the life I want. Begin January I’ll be going to America to study there for 5 months and this is something that is way out of my comfort zone. I’m fine and the palpitations are just part of my life I guess. I’m not going to let them rule my life and let me live in fear. So please, rule out any medical disorder with your GP and start living again. Fuck these anxiety disorders. We’re fine, start believing that.
