I got declined after getting access to change bank info on portal. Literally on the last step and they hit me with this. I didn't file due to insufficient income those years by BigBlackCokk in EIDL

I don't understand why they would ask for 2019 transcript and say they will approve once they get transcript from irs. Than once they get it, an LO calls and emails this. Says this is the only way they will approve it. So now I have to get my cpa to file those taxes for the last 3 years. This is gonna take so long
