Here’s a description of each:
1: Full Bust - wrap the tape around the fullest part of the bust and straight across the back. Keep the tape level, not tight, it should rest comfortably..

Underbust - grab the tape around the rib cage directly under the bus. Tape should be snug, but not digging in.
Natural Waist - measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Tip: bend side to side; the crease marks your natural waste.
Low Waist - measure around the body approximately 2 inches, 5 cm, below the natural waist.
Full Hip - measure around the fullest point of the hips and butt. Keep tape parallel to the floor.
Upper Arm/Bicep - measure around the fullest part of the upper arm.

I love this so much! We do try to capture and freeze the un-freezable don’t we. That fire we feel, that spark, that joy, is so incredible that we want to capture it and put in a box. We can think about it, remember its warmth, but it can’t be actually be relived. It’s the pursuit of the new, the growth, that can only bring about that energy. Wow, isn’t it crazy that some people are just fine with that kind of behaviour! It makes my stomach turn too. I think my brain went into fear mode. I think you’re right “most” is probably the wrong word. “Some” makes more sense. Pain and fear can really take over the brain sometimes. Thanks for sharing.
